The stuff people always ask

Monthly plans require a 12-month minimum. This is because a significant portion of the work happens upfront (design, development, and setup), and the monthly fee spreads that cost over time. Project-based work has no ongoing commitment once delivered.

After your initial 12-month term, you move to a rolling monthly contract. Give us 30 days notice at any point. You keep everything we've built: the site, any backend systems, and all your data. Nothing is held hostage.

Yes. Some clients prefer to start monthly to spread the cost, then buy out the remainder at month 12 and move to a lighter hosting-only retainer. We can structure this in the initial agreement so there are no surprises.

Content changes: text, images, new team member bios, updated hours, added testimonials, tweaked copy, anything that doesn't require building a new page or feature. Structural redesigns or new functionality are scoped separately. In practice, most clients never come close to the edge of this.

A standard Presence build takes 3–5 weeks from kickoff to launch. Operations projects (site + backend) run 6–10 weeks depending on complexity. Transform engagements are scoped on a per-project basis. We'll give you a realistic timeline in the proposal.

Completely remote-friendly. Our clients are spread across Canada and the US. Discovery calls are over video, feedback is handled asynchronously, and we've never needed to be in the same room to deliver great work.
